Welcome to LexPipe. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access tolexpipe.com and related informational services (the "Site"). By using the Siteyou agree to these Terms. Customers using the LexPipe platform are additionallygoverned by their executed agreement with LexPipe, Inc., which controls in theevent of a conflict.

Our commitments

Security. LexPipe maintains a documented information security program, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, continuous  security monitoring, annual third-party penetration testing, and SOC 2 Type II  examination, designed to protect the Site and any information you submit  through it. Details are available on our trust site.

Confidentiality.
Information you submit through the Site (such as contact  details) is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], is not sold, and  is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the Site.

Your commitments

Use the Site only for lawful purposes, and do not interfere with its  operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any LexPipe systems,  accounts, or data.

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without LexPipe's  prior written authorization.

Keep confidential any non-public information LexPipe makes available to you  under an evaluation, pilot, or partnership discussion, and use it only for  the purpose it was provided.- Provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting materials.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by LexPipe, Inc. and protected by law. Nolicense is granted except to view and use the Site for its intended purpos

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximumextent permitted by law, LexPipe's aggregate liability arising out of use ofthe Site is limited to $100. (Platform customers: your agreement's terms govern instead.)
