Customers using the LexPipe platform are additionallygoverned by their executed agreement with LexPipe, Inc., which controls in theevent of a conflict.
Our commitments
Security. LexPipe maintains a documented information security program, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, continuous security monitoring, annual third-party penetration testing, and SOC 2 Type II examination, designed to protect the Site and any information you submit through it. Details are available on our trust site.
Confidentiality. Information you submit through the Site (such as contact details) is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], is not sold, and is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the Site.
Your commitments

The Site and its content are owned by LexPipe, Inc. and protected by law. Nolicense is granted except to view and use the Site for its intended purpos
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximumextent permitted by law, LexPipe's aggregate liability arising out of use ofthe Site is limited to $100. (Platform customers: your agreement's terms govern instead.)
